Sangria recipe for ten (10) people

2 Apples cut in 4 slices
2 Pears cut in 4 slices
10 Whole Cloves
5 Bay Leaves
5 Star Anise
4 Cinnamon Sticks
10 Cardamoms
2 Oranges split in halves
1 Lemons split in halves
1 Limes split in Halves
10 strawberries cut in halves
2 bottles of Rioja wine (inexpensive ones are just fine)

Preparation Method: Put slices of Apples, Pears, Whole Cloves, Cinnamon sticks, Anise, and Cardamoms and Bay leaves in a large pot, add water (just about half of the pot) and boil on a medium level heat for about 1.5 hours.

Once you see very little juice remaining at the bottom of the pot then add the strawberries. Keep boiling it for another 20 minutes. Remove it from the burner and Cool down in the room temperature and later move it to a larger plastic bucket and add Rioja wines to it. Then squeeze the oranges, lemons, limes (throw the whole fruit after being squeezed) and leave the bucket in the fridge for about two days before serving it. Strain the juice through a china cap (strainer) and add 1/2 oz. of Peach and 1/2 oz. of Apple brandy to each glass before serving it.

Enjoy!
